Midtown Spectrum Marks Completion of
Construction with a Grand Opening Celebration and Campus Tours
Victorville, California – Sept
1st, 2007 – The High Desert’s first new professional office
building since 2004 will celebrate the completion of
construction in an event on September 13, 2007 in Victorville.
The 57,200 square foot office campus has long been anticipated
in the region as it is the only project currently being designed
as a comprehensive mixed-use concept incorporating both office
and retail components.
The Grand Opening Event will take
place at 11:30 am on the Midtown Spectrum campus, located on the
Northeast corner of Amargosa Road and Midtown Drive in
Victorville. The event will include tours of the two-story,
36,000 square foot, elevator-served office building, as well as
tours of the 20,800 square feet of food and retail services

The office portion of the Midtown
Spectrum Business Complex will offer flexible suite layouts,
upgraded common finishes, double-door entries and available
signage. It is located close to the Civic Center and the I-15
freeway. DKY Architects of Irvine is the architect of record for
the project, and Testa Construction, Inc., based in Fullerton,
is the general contractor.
