Midtown Spectrum Initial Plan Check Review
On Fast Track
Victorville, California – Oct 31st, 2005 –
AyZar Developments was informed by The City of Victorville
Building Department that the first review of the submitted
design package for Midtown Spectrum business complex, located on
Amargosa between Roy Rogers and Mojave Dr, has been completed by
the Planning Dept, Engineering Dept, and Building Dept. Planning
Dept has provided DKY Architects with the specific comments
which were reported to be minor corrections. Building and
Engineering comments will be forwarded to AyZar Developments
design team along with comments from the Fire Department that is
still pending. Fire Department is expected to complete its
review shortly.
This quick turn around is highly advantageous
to the project’s aggressive schedule, according to Shirin
Zarkesh, the spokes person for AyZar Developments.
